Message from Ruth Horton.

This form is being hand-delivered within the Parish and can be completed with the person who delivered it, or completed later at your convenience and dropped in to the home of Ruth Horton, address on the paper form, or you can send your answers by email.

It can also be brought with you to the Surgery at the Hall for All at 11am on 31 August 2023.

The form should not take more than about 10 minutes to complete, and I will collate and publish the results in the Wensum Diary in the autumn (hopefully the October issue).
